Art in the Movies

Krista Augius’ art has been featured in movies such as Iron Man III and Fast and Furious 7.  The suspended sculpture in Ironman III is found on the main set of the house consisting of over 50 metal pieces of various length and angles suspended from a one ton ring above.  Two of her sculptures are also found in the bedroom scene of the house on either side of the bed as a male and female pair. 

In Fast and Furious 7, her painting Mythical Codes appears in the car chase scene as the cars fly from one building to another and land in an art gallery opening.
